The absence of Blue greatly impacts Linville’s daily life, as she provides both mental and physical support.

Linville, who identifies as somewhat autistic, suffers from seizures that Blue can anticipate. He also struggles with PTSD and relies on Blue to help manage his condition.

Expressing his distress to 10 On Your Side, Linville emphasized the irreplaceable bond he shares with Blue, stating, “I don’t give a damn about my van.

I can buy another vehicle because my boss owns a lot of cars. A vehicle is a penny a dozen, but you can’t replace my dog.

You know what I mean when I say my dog was my right hand man? Like, my best friend, my everything, I’m trying not to cry as we speak.”

Thankfully, Baby Girl Blue was found by a Norfolk police officer and taken to the Norfolk Animal Care Center.

The officer recognized Blue from a missing dog report on WAVY News 10 and was able to reunite her with Linville.

Overjoyed to be reunited, Linville watched as Blue, overwhelmed with happiness, collapsed when she saw him again.

Although pleased to have Blue back, Linville faces new challenges as he is now without a home. He and Blue were previously living in the van that was stolen.

The police continue to search for the suspect, while Linville remains focused on saving enough money to purchase a new van.
