Initially, the dog seemed calm and even friendly, but its demeanor quickly shifted once they approached a vehicle.
As they attempted to help the dog into the back seat, it let out a terrified scream, startling one of the rescuers.
Despite this, the team was optimistic that they could help the distressed animal live a joyous life. After being offered some treats, the dog began to relax, realizing that it was finally in safe hands.
The team’s focus then shifted to the dog’s health. With proper care and nutrition, the transformation was astonishing.
According to a video that captured the journey, the dog changed from looking like a “coyote” to a “fluffy lion,” an unbelievable transformation.
The dog, affectionately named Simba, was brought to a foster home, where he faced the new challenge of adapting to life indoors.
His foster mother described him as being like “a fish out of water.” Though encouraged to join on the couch for cuddles, Simba felt most secure standing on the ground.
Two years later, Henry visited Simba and was amazed by his fluffy, lion-like appearance and his charming demeanor.
