When Elena was rushed to the veterinarian, she needed immediate medical attention. Her condition was severe due to life-threatening low body temperature and blood pressure.
To help improve her condition, the medical team placed her on a heated mat to stabilize her. She had two major wounds that were seriously infected, raising concerns about the possibility and effectiveness of surgery.

Despite the challenging situation, the veterinary team was determined to do everything possible to aid Elena’s recovery. Even though Elena showed little response, they were committed to her care.
On the first day, Elena underwent blood transfusions, a critical and risky measure to try and save her life. Without surgery, her chances were minimal, but every small opportunity for recovery was worth trying.

By the third day, the focus shifted to tackling an infection in her uterus, an essential part of Elena’s healing process.
On the fourth day, Elena underwent successful surgery. The use of antibiotics effectively controlled her wound infections, allowing the veterinary team to treat infections in her uterus and ovaries. This marked a significant step toward her recovery.

The next two days were crucial in monitoring how Elena responded to her treatments. Gradually, her wounds showed signs of healing and her overall condition started to improve.
Her surgical incision healed properly and her blood tests returned normal results. However, it wasn’t until Elena stood and walked that hope turned into triumph.

The day Elena took her first steps was filled with delight for everyone involved in her care. Her wagging tail symbolized her regained strength, spreading joy to all who assisted in her healing journey.
